Overview
Meridian Labs is mapping the built world in three dimensions. They needed a spatial, real-time interface that let anyone explore a city block the way an architect reads a model — fluidly, and without a manual.

The Challenge
Real-time WebGL at this fidelity fights against performance, accessibility, and the simple human need to not get lost. The interface had to feel weightless on a laptop while rendering millions of points without ever stuttering or disorienting.

The Solution
We built a custom navigation grammar and a layered level-of-detail system that loads the world as you move through it. Considered lighting, a muted palette, and clear spatial cues keep the focus on understanding the space rather than fighting the controls.
